A powerful story about memory, loss and the relationship of a mother and daughter - about how we are shaped by those who are no longer with us, but still live in us.
I AM JUST A GHOST, SOMEONE'S EMOTIONAL MEMORY OF LIFE
What is it like to carry the memory of someone we can no longer meet? And is it possible to re-understand the relationship that shaped us through memories? A dance-performative work about the relationship between mother and daughter, about the search for understanding and acceptance of oneself in a world full of expectations. An intimate statement about identity, family ties and the female and male roles that each of us carries.
A duet dedicated to mom. Inspired by Lili Dubský's diary entries.
