We're changing things up a bit! What was the Women's Circle has now expanded to include anyone who would like to gather together with other like-hearted humans, and get real and raw with our lived experiences. The monthly flow will still be similar to how circles have been hosted in the past with a unique blend of focused energy, guest speakers, and snacks. There is always an emphasis on empathy and deepening experiences together. Each group shares the vulnerable truth of being alive in this moment and together we strengthen our capacity to be present and hold open, non-judgmental, loving space for others. Facilitation will be grounded and consent based, encouraging you to be present in your body.
This month, our theme will be guided around the full, blood moon lunar eclipse in Pisces. Our circle will be similar to a "red tent" event where we will discuss what is means to bleed with the moon, how to tend our cycles/bodies, and how to support each other through this intense emotional energy. All beings welcome, regardless of whether you menstruate or not! Gathering together to sit with the feminine is essential for everyone's optimum health, growth, and empowerment. We have the opportunity to join together and help guide the world back into harmony!
