About event
Come to relax in a conscious connection to your own body.
During the somatic yoga we will have room to connect to our body through conscious movements. The guide will be a certified yoga instructor Angelika Dlhošová. This relaxation state will be accompanied by the sounds of didgeridoo, Tibetan bowls, drums, percussion and aliquot singing Jakub Španihel. He is an experienced sound gap and also a graduate of the course of holistic music therapy in Olomouc. But nothing prevents you from bringing anything to improve your comfort during relaxation.
We are looking forward to you
