The main focus of the event is to provide a grounded, embodied path to inner reset.
What makes it special is the combination of somatic awareness, nervous system exploration, and relational co-regulation within a safe, trauma-informed space.
Participants not only learn about regulation intellectually but experience it in their body, emotions, and relationships, creating deep, lasting impact.
The 3-day program is rooted in Body-Mind Centering®, Polyvagal Theory, and Compassionate Inquiry®.
It combines somatic practices, movement, touch, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches to create a safe and supportive environment.
Participants explore their nervous system, organic body systems, and emotions, learning to recognize the interplay between activation and rest, conscious and unconscious processes, and attachment and authenticity.
Core themes include embodiment, nervous system regulation, relational dynamics, and emotional integration.
The program is guided by three main principles: Somatic leadership, Living Neuroscience, and The power of community.
The event is trauma-informed and safe, inviting curiosity, experimentation, and trust in the body’s messages.
Each day focuses on a different dimension:

🔸Day 2: Nervous system and mind
🔸Day 3: Organic systems and emotions
The approach emphasizes embodiment, emotional flow, and community support, helping participants reconnect with themselves fully.
The event is suitable for anyone over 18, regardless of prior experience.
No previous somatic or dance experience is required. It is ideal for those curious about the connection between mental health, body awareness, and somatic practice.
