In this three-hour workshop, we combine somatic practice with theater techniques to explore the body as a sensing, thinking and playing being.
We are focusing the question: What moves me - and how do I move when I am touched?
The focus of this evening: Exploring water as a creative, emotional quality: Playfully we dive in, experiment with currents, waves, and open spaces, discovering how we can carry, flow, challenge, and transform ourselves.
Through inner images, breath, voice and conscious movement, we immerse ourselves in improvisation, let emotions speak through the body and explore what feels good - beyond pure performance and social patterns.
This is about presence, authenticity, imagination and self-awareness:
🔸What are my limits?
🔸What is good for me?
🔸How can I protect myself without closing myself off?
🔸And how do I find my way back to my center when something throws me off course?
A safe space for playful exploration using methods from the Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, Somatic Yoga, the Chekhov Method and Physical Theater.
An invitation to connect body and emotion, to set them in motion and give them playful expression.
Price:
🔸35 EUR
