Rotten Hands
Prague band Rotten Hands composed of artists moving in a theater environment together creates authorial music in a style that follows the aesthetics of film western music with an overlap in the post of rock or post punk. Zimbabwski poet Dumis and Czech musician Simon Michálek. All members live in different countries and on different continents to make cooperation as difficult as possible. The team has many members and constantly passes through various iterations and compositions according to where they just appear. This project began as a series of concerts of freely improvised music accompanying Dumis's lyrics and then formalized into the conceptual debut album SomePeoplenowhere, which was released in 2024. What remains constant is Dumis's poetry about love and her loss, politics, identity, human experience and liberation of all people everywhere.

The Collective Has Many Members and Constantly Goes Through Variase iterations and Compositions Depending on Where It Appears. The Project Began As A Series of Performance of Freely Improvised Music Accompanying Dumiso's Texts, Then Formalized Into The Form of the Conceptual Spoken-Word Fully Improvised Concert with New Material. What remains and Constant Through All this is Dumiso's Poetry About Love and Its Loss, Politics, Identity, The Human Experience and the Liberation of All Peoples.
