Zlutý kopec reservoirs
📍 Tvrdého 15, Brno
=======================
The final event of the SONDA festival will be a laser/sound performance in the acoustically unique space of the concrete Vodoje Zlutý kopec, where the reverberation lasts 56 seconds. Jiří Y Suchánek prepares the music, which processes, among other things, various states of liquids for quadrophonic sound system, commissioned by the festival. The concert will take place in the Critical Level installation, which they created here with Petr Bradáček and which is part of the tours of the reservoir. The system of four lasers controlled by Petr Bradáček's own software in combination with the surround sound system of the generous industrial concrete cathedral will be presented in its full potential and offer special sensations that cannot be experienced in any other space. The layered sound spectra and intense electroacoustic collages of Jiří Y Suchánek will be (de)synchronized with the laser minimalist images of Petr Bradáček. The latest experimental audiovisual work of local provenance!
