The Anna Seghers Museum will continue to open in 2025 on the first Sunday of every month from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Since 1985, Anna Seghers' former apartment in an apartment building in Berlin-Adlershof has been open to the public as a museum. The writer lived on Volkswohlstrasse for almost three decades, renamed Anna-Seghers-Strasse in 1984. Most of her apartment remained unchanged. The extensive library can be viewed in the living room and study.
The visit is possible with a guided tour and after registration. The tours take place at 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Due to the limited space in the museum, admission begins approx. 10 minutes before the tour.
