I am happy to announce that from next week on, I will start a new series of Sound Journeys @Locke de Santa Joana.

Relax, realign, heal, raise and uplift your energy and vibration?

Take a rejuvenating break and surrender into the natural blissful state of consciousness while listening to elevating harmonic pure sounds!

In these special SOUND BATHS, you will explore the power of the healing potential of CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS, GONG, VOCALS, REIKI DRUMS and other instruments. A guided MEDITATION completes the journey and will allow you to feel inspired and calm. All you need to bring is the joy to relax and dive into the depths of sound and vibration.

MEDITATION and SOUND BATHING allow your mind to relax and take a rest from thinking; pressure, stress and unease can be released and beliefs can be transformed.
