About event
Workshop of conscious movement, active guided breathing techniques and sound healing.
Relax your body into conscious intuitive movement.
Open your chest and heart on the wave of your breath.
Come and feel together and lengthen each inhalation and exhalation.
Turn your attention inward.
Breath is life and if we learn to lead it correctly, a completely new path opens for the body and mind.
Activate energy centers and pathways in the body so that everything flows freely. Calm the nervous system.
Using conscious inhalation and exhalation and guided breath holding to the rhythm of the music, slowly release, let go and allow.
It will be a somatic breathing practice.
In the inhalation we fill the body with presence and joy.
In the exhalation we release what weighs us down inhibits.
Old patterns and captured programs.
Everything that remains unexpressed and hidden: emotions, fears, stress and anxiety. With love and forgiveness we let everything out of the body with the exhalation. So that only clean space remains. Your temple, your infinite universe.
From this pure space one can create. Beyond the comfort zone is a world of bliss and true inner joy and fulfillment.
Come with me on the journey to your home.
After the breathing practice, we will be embraced by the tones of healing instruments.
Frequencies, sound vibrations and waves that will carry the body and mind into ever deeper relaxation and peace.
The sound healing part of our workshop will be a balm and a safe space for integration and the fading of the previous movement and breathing practice.
It's time to let go.
Let yourself be guided where you need to go.
I look forward to seeing you from the bottom of my heart.
