The opening workshop of the game at Didgeridoo
Have you met Australian Didgeridoo? Did you think of trying to play it or at least learn more about what a tool is? Maybe you are interested in a special technique. an infinite, circulatory breath that didgeidoo sounds. This archaic, perhaps even the oldest musical instrument of the world, offers a very specific way of musical expression, relaxation, self -healing and music therapy. In each time unique we will deal with the history, technique of the game, the architecture of the instrument and the healing aspects that accompany the game. There is no need to own the tool, they will be available on site. The weekend meeting does not require any musical education or assumptions from you. On the contrary, it is built to enjoy, try, learn, inspired. Yidaki, comes from the original cultures of North Australia. Its history reaches for thousands of years to the past, and is considered one of the oldest musical instruments in the world. It was originally used in rituals, dances and ceremonies, while its deep and resonating tones had a symbolic and spiritual meaning. This technique allows the player to continue the game without interruption by breathing through the nose while the air in the mouth drives the tool. This gives him a characteristic sound. Resonance and vibration that the tool produces can help relax, reduce stress and promote overall health. Musicotherapy with Didgeridoo is becoming increasingly popular and we will look at how we can incorporate this use into our daily lives.
Practical exercises, experiences and authentic documents
Do not worry if you have no experience - everything you need to know will be explained to you. In the teaching units we will also see authentic documents and artifacts of Australian natives. Didgeridoo, who has been developing its distinctive style of the game for the third decade, teaches and concerts literally around the world. Ondřej will share his rich experience, techniques and stories he collected while traveling. Whether you are a beginner or have experience with musical instruments, this weekend will offer you a lot of new and inspiring experiences. from 10:00
