I asked several social rooms in Berlin and actually received the feedback that free room bookings would unfortunately not be possible. The general feedback was *per room / per hour 20 € *. So if we plan 2-3 hours, that would be up to € 60. This amount would then have to be divided into all participants 😬. So far my events have always been free of money, which is why I am now a little difficult with the decision. In addition, a booking would not be possible until mid -October; Everything was fully booked in September. Please write Miry how you stand. Until 01.09. There is a room reservation, which I have to dismiss or promise to date. Without feedback, I have to postpone or cancel the event for the time being

Would you like to meet new people in a relaxed round? Do you have the snout full of dating apps and all the online stuff? Then you are exactly right here! At this event I try to combine cozy social gathering with classic speed dating. Participation is free of charge for everyone; At least that's how it is planned. The social space may be happy about a small donation for the use of space. But I still have to find out.

I am currently looking for a suitable social space in Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg or Prenzlauer Berg - please get a little patience. If there is no suitable location, the event must unfortunately be canceled.

This is the first event of this kind that I plan. I would like to learn with the organization and implementation. It should be a safe space to chat in peace, meet new people or more.

Due to the free meetup version (for me as a planner), the number of participants is minimized to 10 people. I will keep an eye on the waiting list. Please only enter if there is real interest. Such an event only makes sense if all participants appear to be complete. I reserve the right to remove participants who do not correspond to the criteria (age, gender).

In the end, ideally 5 women and 5 men should be on the list of participants. In addition, after careful selection, I will let a woman and a man move from the waiting list, so that in the end a total of 6 women and 6 men can ideally participate.

The event is aimed at people aged 25 to 35. It is heteronormative, i.e. for men who want to get to know women, and vice versa. Unfortunately, I cannot take other orientations into account this time in order to keep the frame manageable.

If the event is well received, I plan to implement further events of this kind - then also for groups outside of heteronormativity.

I moderate the event, but I don't take part myself. Since this is my first Meetup event of this kind, I ask for leniency if everything does not go perfectly.

Within August there is the final information about the venue and the information as to whether the event can take place or unfortunately not.

P.S.: Since I try to design a completely money -free event, it would be great if you could bring your own snacks and drinks (alcohol -free) 😉. I am currently looking for a suitable social space as mentioned.
