About event
“The Lost Mirror” is a musical performance for all living beings from 6 to 96 years old.
Adventures of a hand mirror with a fragment of a star on the handle. It eludes thieves and tramps, has conversations with the Dressing Glass and the Mermaid Professor, is captured by the Diver Bird, always ending up in the most unexpected places. And, of course, the mirror is magical: it reflects joys and experiences, despair and hope, rejection and love, and helps its owners see the fulfillment of great and impossible desires - even flight into space.
During their travels and adventures, the Mirror and the audience learn a lot of new things about themselves and the world around them - about the existence of a chocolate zoo, a sausage reticule, kittens-gardeners and much more. And the main truth is that you don’t have to be magical for something magical to happen to you!
The entire action of the production will unfold against the background of video scenery with illustrations by Pavel Pepperstein, a writer and artist, based on whose work this performance was created.
The music for “The Lost Mirror” was written by the SBPC group - this is material familiar to listeners of the audio fairy tale of the same name, as well as compositions created specifically for the performance. They will be performed live by the production artists.
Cast: Alexander Gudkov, SBHR group (Kirill Ivanov, Evgenia Borzykh, Stanislav Astakhov), Marina Vasilyeva, Dominic Mara, Serafima Goshchanskaya.
