When we are born we begin to breathe and with that Death we stop. Breath is the threshold between voluntary action and vegetative function. Our life story is stored in our personal breathing pattern. Through connected breathing we can bring memories and frozen feelings from the unconscious into consciousness in order to heal them.

I offer breathwork using the BBTRS method (Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System). In addition to connected breathing (which is also used in holotropic breathing and other breathing therapies), I use movement, voice and touch. Based on the principles of bioenergetics, you can remove your body armor layer by layer in order to feel more alive in the long term.

I will also open a shamanic healing room for the ceremony, in which you will also experience energetic-spiritual healing. After the ceremony, your energy field will be cleansed and shine brighter in all the colors of the rainbow.

This session is for you if you want to free yourself from old patterns want to breathe / enjoy life to the fullest (breaths)

We will sing together at the beginning and at the end of the ceremony.
