About event
Splendid lets the sun shine everywhere and is a regular guest in the Melkweg. Not only in the Netherlands, but also outside our national borders, this Hague pride shows itself with their infectious mix of Pop, Reggae and Hiphop and their charismatic frontman Pat Smith - formerly night mayor of the Hofstad. Their music makes you long for the summer. Sun, sea and surfing: Put on those slippers! After the release of now their eighth studio album 'Reality Check' last year, they are now coming to build a nice party in our OZ!
In the supporting program, Unstable Rosie, a band of The Hague, that brings the fire from the 70s to the present - a mix of Nostalgic rock, Gruizige Indie, Gruizig. Self-wise, energetic and in-house produced. The songs pop, but it is mainly the raw, tight live shows that convince. Catchy Chaos, right from the heart.
