Indulge yourself OUT OF LOVE FOR YOURSELF 🥰 Not for me, or for anyone else. But for yourself! Because you deserve it just because you are ❤️
Come to remember who you are and free yourself from fears, feelings of guilt or limiting beliefs in a kind safe circle of beautiful beings. Discover your DIVINE ESSENCE that we all are. Together we will immerse ourselves in meditation, feel our divine essence and slowly through various exercises we will reach an authentic expression through voice, breath and movement. Our body, mind, breath and voice are our most powerful tools. Through the cultivation of the mind and the release of the body and voice into a natural expression, we reach greater self-love and gradually discover that we really can do everything. WE ARE THE CREATORS of our lives and our potential is endless. No one can stop us now! 🤩
What awaits us:
• drinking ceremonial COCOA to connect with your heart, overcome fears more easily and have a good mood
• MEDITATION to discover your divine nature and cultivate your mind
• movement, breath and voice EXERCISES and connecting with your body and soul
• free FLOW through voice and movement without rules and judgment
In in my life I have discovered a great number of wonderful techniques to be happy, healthy and satisfied. How to love myself and achieve everything I desire in the depths of my heart, even if it seems impossible to the mind. And I feel that I want to share them with as many people as possible in the world so that we can all live our dreams because we really can. I connect work with mind, body, breath and voice. Because it is one whole. It doesn't matter what our past has been, anything we can imagine is possible. It doesn't matter what our mind thinks about it. Our heart will take us there if we are not intimidated by reason, fears, falls or obstacles.
Come discover it all with me at the full moon, whose strong energy will support our ritual and bless us on the way to our dreams.
It will be rest, relaxation and a party. The exercises are simple, nothing difficult. Nothing is mandatory 😉
We will meet on 15.11. at 18:00 in Rača in a house near the forest. I look forward to seeing you all and all your parts!
