Every month - from September to June - will take place in the area of Milada - Milada Horáková 53 - joint singing.

Joint singing - in a voice to yourself
The intention is to offer space for self -knowledge, self -care and relaxation. The guide will be our voice and voices of others. The voice has an amazing feature to touch us, our own, and this can lead to deep relaxation. We have a way to conscious connection with the voice through fine voice exercises, movement and breathing. For each meeting you will take at least one new song. I like to support parts of the meeting with music therapy tools.
previous experience with singing or voice work is not necessary at all. Meeting is suitable for complete beginners and so -called non -busts, for those who want to explore the way,
which works with voice.
Brigita CMUNT I am currently studying voice therapy. I provide individual and group lessons of singing and work
with voice for adults and children. I sing the song texts in the pop/folk duo Brigita & Štěpán and in the band Korako.
The price of one meeting: 400 CZK
