About event
Want to fight like a knight, but without expensive armor? Come to sword and shield fencing!
Imagine training that has the energy and availability of classic boxing, but with a gun in your hand. Forget about buying heavy and expensive gear for hundreds of euros. With us, you put on a softened sword, a shield, put on a boxing helmet with a grid and go straight to the action!
What awaits you at the 2-hour training? We'll warm up with a boxing chase, put our legs to work on the coordination ladder, go through combat drills and try safe but intense knight sparring. At the end, you will have a good stretch.
Who is it suitable for? For men and women from the age of 15 - for everyone who is attracted to sword fighting! Whether you want to burn calories, build up your whole body's fitness, or just fulfill a childhood dream and fight hard. You come, you work out and you have fun right from the first training.
Price: only €30 / month, €10 / one-time entrance Equipment: We will lend you all the equipment for free. All you need is sports clothes and the desire to work hard!
Every Tuesday from 19:00 to 21:00, Výmenník Važecká
