Singing healing songs together creates a space
where people can naturally relax, quiet the mind and connect with themselves and others. The voice becomes an instrument of expression, release of emotions and return to joy.
Songs have simple positive lyrics that caress the soul and set a pleasant mood.
During this evening we sing songs exclusively in Slovak.
We will test the positive impact of words we understand.
It is not necessary to have musical experience - everyone can participate as they feel. Whether by singing, playing soft percussion or just listening quietly. Even the very presence in the common field has its own deep meaning.
These meetings bring:
- a feeling of belonging and acceptance
- release of stress and tension
- deepening of the perception of the body and breath
- space for authentic expression without evaluation
- fine tune to oneself and others
When people meet on a similar wave, a natural harmony is created. A shared sound and purpose create a safe environment where everyone can be themselves.
