For all lovers of free, open, conscious dance, even for complete beginners, we prepare a musical dance wave every Thursday.
You can use spontaneous dance to connect with your body, relax or travel to each other.
A safe space and an open group outside of choreography and dance styles await you.
One of us - Lišák, Veronika, Renata, Kajča and Nasťa - sets up the wave each time.
Once monthly, the dance is sensitively accompanied by words.

SOMETHING ABOUT THE DANCE WAVE
If you feel that you would like to move and dance completely freely, but you are bound by form, we welcome you to a safe space where everyone dances according to their own way.
The guide is in charge of the music that you can be inspired by.
Once a month we are also guided by the accompanying words of a lecturer.
In the other terms, the dance is inspired only by selected music.
This creates space for any kind of dance practice, spontaneous, free, open, conscious and ecstatic.
WHAT TO WEAR
Clothes that will not restrict your movement in any way and in which you feel good and at the same time comfortably.
We recommend clothing in several layers, which can be put away if necessary.
Shoes are not necessary, we dance barefoot, or in soft dance shoes to have as direct contact with the ground as possible.
