Something about the dance wave
If you feel that you would like to move and dance completely relaxed, but binds you to, we will welcome you in a safe space where Everyone dances according to themselves.
The guide is in charge of music that you can be inspired. Selected music.
This creates space for any dance practice, spontaneous, free, open, conscious and ecstatic. in which you feel good and comfortable.
We recommend clothing in multiple layers that can be postponed if necessary. In soft dance shoes to have the most direct contact with the ground.
