About event
Squid comes to our Max! The quintet from Brighton cannot be placed in boxes, so get ready for a solid dose of angular post -punk full of challenge and experiment. With the raw talk song of drummer Ollie Judge, the band effortlessly switches between explosive and modest songs. The whole gets extra power through improvisations, sharp guitars and wind instruments! In 2023 they released their second album, 'O Monolith', an even more experimental and eclectic mix of Jazz (Rock), Ambient, Math Pop and Krautrock. This evening will be dominated by the newly announced album 'Cowards'!
