Srdce v pohybu i dechu s Alicí Červinkovou

Summer carries fire, rhythm and life. It leads us to action - we discover, create, move. At the same time, they teach us to relax - to dive into the water, hide in the shade or just be under the stars. You can look forward to two outdoor lessons, which also serve as an invitation to the next summer series and workshops. The main theme of the summer will be the heart - and the space inhabited by: chest. Live, dynamic, but also fine and anchored in breath, presence and in joy of movement. Come and exhale, move the body and let the heart shine.
