The last two prolonged ses Jin Yoga in conjunction with magical healing sounds filled so quickly that I decided to add one more separate May before a long break. ✨
In this two -hour yin yoga, we will focus on a sequence that will allow us to stimulate the tissues of the upper half of the body, especially the meridians of the heart and the lungs.
Thanks to slow relaxing asanas we get deeper into our hearts, where we often hold many tensions. In the first half, we will release our breath and open the chest to cultivate positive aspirations. In the second half we will then integrate the whole process in deep relaxation accompanied by crystal bowls.
In the end you will have a Symphony of the Gongs for an even deeper experience led by my close friend and cranotherapist Jakub Černý @jakvibe. 🤍
They are invited by all who feel the need to stop, slow down and calm in the bustle of our lives or even those who want to feel their hearts and its desires.
In the case of pregnancy, please give a trimester and whether you have experience with Yin Yoga.
