The 3rd edition of the Experience the East 2025 experience relay race will show you the beauty of the Košice region. There are 10 sections waiting for you on the 100 km long track and always something nice. Ours, Eastern!
You can look forward to, for example, the Path of Medieval Time and the Cherry Lookout, which remind us of the very important Battle of Rozhanovci. It was this one, on June 15, 1312, that changed our history. It was the only cold geyser in Europe for many years. It has been on the Unesco provisional list since 2002.
While running, we will also enjoy the view of the Slanec Castle.
On the way, however, the abandoned, mysterious and terrifying Military Bunkers in the Slanská hut await us. There are almost 50 of them and they served as a light fortification system to protect the state borders.
We will not even bypass Lake Izra and then we will run through the Tokaj wine region, where we will finish in Grad Bari.
