Welcome to the regulars' table for women in Management functions!

This evening lives primarily from you and your topics. In an open and confidential atmosphere, we discuss our work in management positions in the NPO sector.

Feel free to bring your own questions, challenges or current concerns from everyday work - they are the focus of the evening. Together we address selected topics and work on new perspectives and possible solutions using the method of collegial case consultation. A short theoretical impulse serves as orientation.

Use the opportunity to exchange, reflect and network with other women in management positions.

This event is open to members and non-members and is aimed exclusively at women*.
