STANISLAV MASARYK & BERGEROVO TRIO

At the final concert of the festival, the first trumpeter of the Czech Philharmonic Stanislav Masaryk accepted the invitation of Berger's trio. This year's dramaturgy also reflects the two anniversary of the composers - 135 years since the birth of Bohuslav Martinů and 65 years since the death of a native of Bratislava Ernö Dohnányi.

At the concert there will be an early Sonata B Mol Op. 8 for Violončelo and piano E. Dohnányi. Berger's trio will be presented by the unknown, but the more beautiful trio of František Škroup. Stanislav Masaryk will be presented in two center of gravity trumpet repertoire pieces - Sonatin by Bohuslav Martinů, and the brilliant Sonata by French author Jean Hubeau. The Duo Silhouettes for the clarinet and the piano of the Slovak composer Yevgeny Iršaia will sound an interesting variegation.
