How to properly understand the property being sold?
Selling some properties is really difficult. And now I mean especially those that have some kind of construction error. Sometimes it happens that the broker is not aware of a construction defect and only the interested party draws his attention to it. And that can be very unpleasant.
If the broker points out construction defects right away, his professionalism will increase. If he can also offer a solution, then he no longer has to worry that someone would doubt him.
So which construction defects should you look for? What to watch out for? How to communicate with the owner afterwards? And how to properly submit and explain them to interested parties?
The workshop is primarily intended for those who have already completed the BUILDING MINIMUM, PROPERTY ADVERTISING, LEGALIZATION OF BLACK BUILDING, AMENDMENT TO THE BUILDING ACT... but not only...

With illustrative examples from practice, we will show how the correct submission of construction defects can change the attitude of interested parties. Together we will focus on what a tour should look like, where you will pass on technical wisdom about real estate. We will go through the most common defects that you need to focus on. We will go through the solutions to the most common defects, thanks to which you can offer a way out. Together we will go through the complete construction documentation so that we are able to explain it professionally to interested parties. We will explain the solution to the most common defects - i.e. black buildings.
Nikol has more than 12 years of experience in the construction industry. She worked as a construction designer, preparer and construction manager. She has been working as a real estate agent and construction designer at the same time for several years. Thanks to this, he combines the business side of real estate sales with technical knowledge.
