STEP AEROBIC COMMUNITY EVENT - Move. Connect. Feel

Step, laugh and grow together. Feel the beat, the flow and the power of the community.

Welcome to the STEP AEROBIC COMMUNITY EVENT – Move. Connect. Feel, which will take place on November 1st, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Unity Dome Berlin.

This event is more than movement. It is an invitation to feel yourself, to let go and to connect with others in joy, music and energy.

We start relaxed, with time to arrive and breathe deeply. Afterwards we step into our power together with rhythm, lightness and a DJ who ensures good vibes.

No previous knowledge necessary. It's not about perfection, but about fun, flow & the feeling of being alive.

After the session you can expect:
🥗 African & healthy snacks
🎁 Small goodie bags
💛 Space to connect, exchange & be

Because movement is liberating.
Because connection heals.
And because you can be reminded of how good it feels to just be yourself be.

Spaces are limited. Secure your ticket early!

Let’s move. Let's grow. Let's connect.
With love,
Mila
