About event
Milan Kňažko is not only the leader of November 89 and a great actor, but also an excellent singer with a distinctive, somewhat Cohen-esque expression. Since 2019, he has been working with the composer and bassist Marian Zim, whose music project Story (where, in addition to other personalities such as Peter Lipa, Pavol Hammel, and Zuzana Homolová also sings Milan) has received positive reviews in the Czech Republic and Slovakia with its current album "Doteraz". .
In addition to original Story songs, the repertoire includes "Standing applause" https://m.youtube .com/watch?v=Ap6XfbFgEOQ and "So-called soul" (for which the band just a few days ago released a wonderful video clip with another acting legend Emília Vášáryová https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=LamkTu2soWc&feature=youtu.be) as well as chansons by Jacques Brel, Serge Lama, or other musical delicacies.
Everything is translated into interesting spoken word.
The event will be complemented by other excellent instrumentalists - pianist Pavel Morochovič (Morochovič/Griglák/Valihora trio) and trumpeter Ondrej Juraši. Musical direction: Marian Zima.
This musical delicacy with a special atmosphere will be presented here in Stromoradi on Friday, October 25, 2024, after the prestigious Czech festivals Trutnoff and Valaššský Špalíček.

tickets second wave: €20
