The aim of our prolonged one -day meeting will look at their programs associated with the topics of fears and courage, to realize them and find other techniques with them.
BR/> As part of this extended day, we will go through the key personal themes of fears and their form (stage fright, rejection, failure, non -valued, etc.), and we will mostly rotate what is needed - that fear is not a defective program of our head , but a very useful thing we need to learn to work with.
We do not expect us to create fully fearful situations and enter them, which lead mostly to the trauma. We will always open them a little so that we are conscious in them and can take techniques to real life. The main part will add and look for the topic of courage and what I can do in this situation. We will, of course, also touch the topic of integration of the shadow.
