The Schatmansdorf Civic Association in cooperation with the SNM - Historical Museum has prepared four long weekends full of crafts and a wonderful atmosphere for you. Come with us to experience the unforgettable charm of the medieval Christmas markets in the courtyard of Bratislava Castle!
🌟 You can look forward to many medieval crafts, period attractions, mulled wine or mead according to old recipes and other goodies and products that will please your eyes and taste buds. illuminator, scribe, blacksmith, tinsmith, bag maker and others.
🦉 Experience a meeting with birds of prey at our falconers.
👌 Taste wafers and other foods and drinks.
🪁 Let the children ride on the period carousel or other historical attractions.
🏰 We look forward to seeing you in the courtyard of Bratislava Castle!
During Advent weekends from Friday to Sunday, always from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.:

🏃🏻♀️ Combine your visit to the medieval markets with a visit to the SNM - Historical Museum in the interior of Bratislava Castle!
👉 Enter the Knights' Hall from the courtyard and get to know the life of Marie Antoinette, or discover the jewelry store, where a rare service from master goldsmiths awaits you. However, the most exhibitions await you directly in the castle palace, where you will meet Celts from Bratislava (-1st floor), learn about the history of the castle (ground floor) and closely study the Altar as an object and the Northern Representation Rooms of František I. Štefan Lotrinský (1st floor). Don't miss a trip around the world in the service of diplomacy and a selection from the collection of Christian art (2nd floor). The biggest exhibitions await you on the 3rd floor: History of Slovakia from prehistoric times to the Middle Ages and the exhibition Josip Plečnik, Central European architect. Don't forget, your ticket is also valid for the exhibition of African art - The shape of the spirit in the Northern Walls.
👉 During two Sundays (November 30 and December 14 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.), families with children will also enjoy children's creative workshops at Lišiak on the 3rd floor. Entrance to the museum for children under 15 is free at this time!
