🔹 **What awaits you?**
Sketching, although it may not seem so at first glance, is not only part of the creative process of artists or designers, but it represents a completely valid form of externalization in the formation of ideas, which is also natural to all of us. However, it is precisely the examination of the work of designers that will allow us to better understand the mental mechanisms associated with sketching and thus reveal why sketching can really be META and thus be above drawing as such.
🎙️ **Who you topic will perform?**
Mike Jelinek is an illustrator and concept designer. With a background in industrial design, Mike explores the role of sketching as a thought process in his work. This was mainly reflected in his research and related dissertation "Metasketching" at STU in Bratislava. For example, he worked on "Terminator Dark Fate" or "Dubai's museum of the future exhibition research".
