The tree of gratitude is symbolic and at the same time a very personal creative process. It represents our life, our roots, relationships, experiences and gifts that we often overlook in our daily rush.
During this activity, you will first create your own tree - its roots, trunk and crown. Each part can carry its own meaning. Roots can represent what you draw strength from - family, values, childhood or experiences. The trunk can symbolize yourself, your stability and growth. Leaves, flowers or fruits become a place for specific things for which you feel gratitude.
Creation takes place in a calm, safe atmosphere, without evaluation and without pressure for the result. The point is not to make the tree "perfect", but to make it true. Gratitude thus becomes not just a thought, but a visible image to which you can return.
The gratitude tree helps:
focus attention on the good in our life,
strengthen the feeling of stability and anchoring,
be aware of one's own resources and support,
bring more peace and joy into everyday life.
It is gentle, but a profound work that reminds us that even small things can be great gifts.
