Come to rewarded with evening yoga to the Scout Institute in Moravia.
This lesson is suitable for both beginners and more advanced. We will try to work with your breath, greet the sun and work that we feel more pleasant thanks to our mats, ie in our everyday being. 🧘️
All you need is something comfortable to wear (such as leggings, T -shirt, sweatshirt) and under itself (mat). Admission voluntary (what about the crown or two for 1 min?).
And why chamber? Because we open it for only a few people. It is ideal for those who want to exercise seriously and maybe they are ashamed (but not only for them). 🙂 So don't forget to log in! 🧘️
