Hello friends 🍔
this time it will be an evening that will smell of meat, butter and proper street food.
At this cooking school, we will not go according to the paper. We will go according to taste. Together we will prepare the legendary SHX burger - the one with which the whole of Slovakia was once traveled. Pickles, fine-tuned mayonnaise, crispy bacon, aged cheddar and onion marmalade, which once you've made it, you'll want it with everything.
And then we'll have a contrast.
Spicy Chicken burger - crispy chicken leg, juicy inside, fresh mango salsa and mayonnaise, which brings it all together as it should. We will also show you one thing that many people underestimate –
fries. Ones that will be really crispy, not just "baked potatoes".
The course will be led by Fero Sedlák from Šuhajíci at the pan
and Kristián Kandráč will join as a guest.
Expect real street food experiences, not just a recipe on paper.
You won't just watch. You will cook, taste, try...
and above all you will understand why a burger works in some places and it is just a bun with meat in others.
