COORDINATION OF BODY and SOUL - is a healing meeting where you can vibrate yourself to inner harmony and balance with sound and meditation.
Come and rest under the healing sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls, a masterfully powerful titanium chalice of intuition, air gong, chimes with solfegio, koshi, shamanic frequencies drums, flutes and other sound masters... The meeting will also include healing songs and also a guided meditation - always on a current topic that will be downloaded for you, and Agáta will guide you through it with love 🙂
At this time it is extremely important to clean and raise your frequencies. The wisdom of the Ancestors - peoples of the East and the West - used the principles of vibration and sounds to heal, to increase the state of consciousness, to expand it until it merges into wholeness. The sounds of the instruments guide the body through every cell to quiet, relax and calm down. The heart rate slows down, the blood pressure drops and the breath adjusts to its natural rhythm. This healing resonance in the body will induce a meditative state and such BODY MATCHING will allow us to better listen to our Tuesday SOUL guidance... it will allow us to better listen to our intuition, our inner compass... it's up to you to join in and wake up in a relaxing and healing with a sound bath...

After arrival, energy cleansing will take place - to let go of the stress energies of everyday life, then you can comfortably find a lying position and relax 🙂

Comfortable clothes and socks, water in an unbreakable sealed container, (mats, blankets and pillows are available)
WHO IS SOUND THERAPY FOR ?
Completely for everyone - women, men and children - if they can stand to lie quietly for 1.5 hours ... in short, who will feel call
WHEN TO COME?
At least 15 minutes before the start of the meditation, when the meditation starts, the space is locked and you can't get in anymore...
WHAT IS THE ENERGY EXCHANGE?
