About event
Do you like orangutans? Do you want to see them in the forest, in their natural habitat?
They are different creatures than the lazy, apathetic ones you know from captive zoos. In this lecture, we will not only look for them, but we will go to Sumatra into the wild. Nature in Sumatra is beautiful. Unfortunately, the forests here are constantly being cut down, burned and replaced by oil palm plantations. The local beautiful and rare species of animals thus lose their homes. So we will focus not only on orangutans, but also on other nature, the indigenous population. In conclusion, we are planning a small visit to the city of Kuala Lumpur.
