We're back, this time a different time :) Explore your body and mind with yoga and Pranayama with @sunlit_body. ✨

Yoga and Pranayama every Tuesday from 18:00 to 19:30 at Podjavisk in Námestov (House of Culture) (entrance via the ramp, at goldsmith opposite Klinac)

We are always waiting for everyone and the training lasts approximately 1 hour.

Price: €7 / students €5

What to bring?

• yourself :)

• own mat

• comfortable clothes (probably even a warmer layer, the temperature is cool on the stage, but we will warm up during the exercise)
