Celebrate International Yoga Day with us with a unique morning connection at sunrise.
Let's welcome the longest day of the year together. Let's get up before the world wakes up and let the first rays of the sun wake us up too. Let's breathe in the summer energy, connect with the movement, breath and silence of the new morning.
Sunrise Yoga is not just an exercise. It is an experience that will be remembered long after its end.
