Segment-Viktor Tabiš exhibition in Suvenir_gallery
Vernissage: 28. The latest ceramic project by designer Viktor Tabiš, who deliberately disrupts the established production processes and examines the boundaries between control and unpredictability. The casting cavity is formed by direct drilling into the gypsum, which creates a fine, process marked by the surface. This approach opens up space to chance and material intuition - the result is unique objects with its own visual track. The surfaces created by this technique cannot be repeated by standard procedures, which gives Vikztor's works authenticity and originality. Each object retains the character of handwork and stands outside the uniformity of industrial production. It will be part of the exhibition in the form of initial sketches and subsequent prototype. The project will not only present its experimental ceramic creation, but also the process of designing a new design building with a local context. It creates in small series and its approach is based on the balance between craft, coincidence and experiment.
