But what happens when one of the family members begins to suffer from burnout? What if a partner decides to increase her work qualifications and no longer has time or energy to take care of the household? What if my grandmother gets sick for a long time? Each system goes through a crisis that shows whether it was functional. We can be there for too long and take great consequences, or overcome it and strengthen it.
