✨WE DANCE EVERY TUESDAY FROM 19:30✨
The summer solstice is a time
when nature is full of life
and the Sun is at the peak of its power.
It is an opportunity to stop for a moment,
give thanks for what we already have in life
and welcome this natural cycle of transformation and abundance.
Through the dance and the kakaa ceremony
will be an opportunity to connect with your body, heart and soul
and to open up to the new season that is coming. ✨
PROGRAM

➤19:40 - 19:50 - introductory circle
➤19:50 - 21:30 - dance ritual with MIRA
➤21:30 - 21:50 - sound healing
21:50 - 22:00 - final circle
Our dance evenings are an invitation to the world of live music and spontaneous dance Movement Medicine. Music and movement lead us from gentleness to ecstasy. Come as you are - with lightness and heaviness - and let your body guide you.
We dance without judgment, alcohol and drugs. Just you, breath, rhythm and music.

I am a Movement Medicine spontaneous ecstatic dance instructor and a somatic therapist. Through movement, I create a space where depth meets lightness, ritual meets joy, and silence meets ecstasy. You can relax, let yourself be guided and reconnect with the dancer in you.
➤Eliška Tuháčková
I am a masseuse, cocoa ceremonialist and personal development guide focusing on women. I am the owner of the shop www.kakaoprodusi.cz and I mainly work with individual clients.

➤What is Movement Medicine dance?
Movement Medicine is a dance practice that takes us on a journey to fully experience ourselves alone. It opens up our natural creativity while revitalizing our relationship with life on all levels. It is rooted in shamanic and nature-based wisdom, as well as in contemporary therapeutic methods.
Rules of the evening
➤We dance in comfortable clothes, barefoot or in soft dance shoes
➤We dance without the influence of alcohol and drugs
➤We do not talk in the space where we dance
➤We do not use mobile phones, do not film or take pictures during the evening
