About event
✨WE DANCE EVERY TUESDAY FROM 19:30✨
In the time of the longest days,
when nature proliferates
and the light reaches its peak,
the gate opens.
Midsummer Night
– a magical threshold between the visible and the invisible.
Dance at this time can be a ritual
by which we listen to the voice of the Soul through the body.
It can be a return to natural cycles
– to the moon that fades gently after the full moon,
to the fire that burns the old,
and to the earth that gives birth to new ones.
PROGRAM
➤19:00 - 19:30 - warm up
➤19:30 - 19:40 - opening circle
➤19:40 - 21:00 - Midsummer dance with MIRA
➤21:00 - 21:50 - Art Namaham - chanting of mantras and medicine songs
➤21:50 - 22:00 - final circle
Our dance evenings are an invitation to the world of live music and spontaneous dance Movement Medicine. Music and movement lead us from gentleness to ecstasy. Come as you are - with lightness and heaviness - and let your body guide you.
We dance without judgment, alcohol and drugs. Just you, breath, rhythm and music.
THE EVENING IS ACCOMPANIED
➤MIRA
I am a Movement Medicine spontaneous ecstatic dance instructor and a somatic therapist. Through movement, I create a space where depth meets lightness, ritual meets joy, and silence meets ecstasy. You can relax, let yourself be guided and reconnect with the dancer in you.
➤ Art Namaham (live band, singing mantras and healing songs)
Art Namaham are wonderful beings – Marie Lenka (harmonium), Václavka (ukulele), Martina (rhythm instruments), Šárka (djembe), Přemek (guitar), Michael (mridanga drum), Adam (cello and djembe), Martin (flutes, guitar, djembe) and Roman (djembe and shamanic drum).
The connection "Art nama ham" is an expression of art, creativity or musical expression associated with reverence, devotion or a spiritual dimension. It indicates the union of art and spiritual practice, where creation and expression are accompanied by a deep sense of respect and devotion.
