We invite you to a special SWAP in the yard with the theme:
//// DRESS / WORKSHOP / GARDEN ////
We invite you to a unique swap in the yard where this time we will not only exchange clothes, but also tools, or consumables for the workshop and everything that is suitable for the garden.
Put things in your closets or boxes into circulation and contribute to a more climate-resistant neighborhood!
A climate-resistant neighborhood is a neighborhood where its residents think and act circularly. They use resources efficiently, minimize waste, dependence on new raw materials and carbon footprint. They share, repair, swap and thus support the sustainability of our cities!
Please pay attention to these swap RULES:
CLOTHING SWAP RULES:
1. sort nice and new clothes, hang them on hangers at the swap, or store them in a designated place for the given type of things;
2. older clothes (they have stains, holes, you wouldn't give them to a loved one) that you want to get rid of, bring them in a special bag that you leave to the organizers of the swap;
3. take what you like :-)
We donate the remaining, unassembled clothes to people in material need, as always in cooperation with ETP Slovakia. We will upcycle damaged items into various cool items and you will be able to participate (more info soon!).
RULES FOR SWAP WORKSHOP AND GARDEN
1. bring FUNCTIONAL, CLEAN AND SAFE things.
2. the maximum size of things is such that a person can carry it in one hand without using a car. We have nowhere to store large items and you will have to take them back with you.
Examples of suitable items:
- hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, pliers, files...)
- garden tools (shovels, hoes, rakes, scissors, hoses...)
- small consumables (screws, nails, drills, grinders) paper...)
- smaller machines (drills, grinders, mowers - only functional!)
- protective equipment (gloves, glasses, work aprons...)

For reasons of safety and order, the following are not accepted:
-non-functional or damaged electrical equipment
-chemicals, oils, paints, pesticides
-sharp or rusty objects in poor condition
-large and heavy objects
-waste that cannot be further used
Residual tools, consumables and garden items will find a new home in the community workshop and garden.
Come to swap, but also to relax and spend nice moments in the circle of friends and community.
