Sweat, Sound & Supper with Arben

Join us for an evening of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection!

Start with a 2.5-hour yoga experience, guided by Arben, blending dynamic asana practice, heart-opening pranayama, and uplifting chanting.

Close your practice with a deeply restorative sound bath, designed to leave you feeling centered, renewed, and balanced.

Afterwards, share in a cosy, rustic plant-based dinner—a simple, nourishing meal prepared with love by Arben, a former plant-based chef who cherishes the joy of bringing people together over wholesome food.

This is more than a meal—it's an opportunity to connect, share, and savour the joys of wholesome food and good company. This special event is part of a once-a-month Saturday evening series, offering you a regular opportunity to unwind, recharge, and build meaningful connections.
