Come to taste sweet goodies from various corners of the north and listen to thematic snippets from Nordic literature! The sweet Nordic cook will present Swedish and lover of Nordic gastronomy Kristina Lund, which you can know as a girl at the plate. In addition to the narration of what is baked in individual countries and how it is written and published such a book, we will prepare sweet goodies for you according to recipes from Kristina's cookbook. You can look forward to Greenland's raisins, Icelandic dessert with Skyr, Danish almond biscuits, Norwegian brown sticks and Swedish oat balls.
