This circle is designed for AuDHD and neurodivergent individuals seeking spiritual connection, self-regulation, and authentic community in an unmasked, low-pressure environment. All neurodivergent bodies, energies, and forms of expression are welcome.
🌿 A neurodivergent-centered gathering honoring movement, sound, and sensory expression as sacred acts of self-regulation and spiritual connection.
✨ Created for AuDHD (autistic + ADHD) communities — where rocking, tapping, humming, or swaying are celebrated as natural rhythms of body and spirit.
💫 No masking. No performing. Just a safe space free from the pressure of being perceived.
🪶 Flow of the evening:
🌬️ Gentle grounding
🕯️ Individual exploration
🔄 Synchronized flow
🌙 Collective rest
💖 A sensory-safe, affirming space for deep acceptance, body reconnection, and calm through movement. Every sound and vibration carries meaning here.
What to Expect:
🌸 Calm lighting, ambient music, and sensory-friendly space
🪶 Guided grounding and slow-flow movement
💫 Gentle synchronization through sound and rhythm
🌿 Rest, reflection, and quiet integration
✨ A space of deep acceptance, co-regulation, and freedom from being perceived
Duration: About 60 minutes
Cost: $25 (sliding scale if needed, just ask)
How is this event sensory conscious?:
🌸 Sensory safety first: Lighting will be soft and adjustable. Sound levels will stay gentle, with options for quiet participation. No scents will be used during event such as incense, aromatherapies, air fresheners, etc.
🪷 Quiet + decompression space: A low-stimulation area will be available for anyone who needs to take a break or reset.
🧘♀️ Movement freedom: Although you'll be guided through a sacred circle flow, you’re welcome to stim, move, rock, tap, or rest at any time. There’s no need to stay still or silent.
🎧 Bring what you need: Headphones, sunglasses, stim tools, or weighted items are welcome.
💬 Communication: You can interact verbally, through gestures, or simply by being present. All forms of participation are valid.
💖 This space is designed with neurodivergent comfort and consent in mind, no pressure, no judgment, just shared grounding and care.
🌷 Meet Your Facilitator: Maria
I’m a neurodivergent (AuDHD) facilitator, therapist, and community space holder who weaves together spiritual practice, sensory awareness, and cultural healing. My work centers on creating environments where neurodivergent people can exist without masking where stimming, rest, and embodied expression are seen as sacred.
I carry forward a family lineage of Appalachian Granny Magic: a faith and earth-based spiritual tradition focused on intuition, rhythm, and deep care for community. My approach blends this ancestral wisdom with my professional mental health experience to use trauma-informed awareness, inviting people to reconnect with their bodies, honor their sensory experiences, and find peace through gentle movement and shared stillness.
