I invite you to the evenings of systemic work and family constellations. Constellations are a method that works phenomenologically.
"The phenomenon (from the Greek. Phainomenon) is an observed phenomenon, a phenomenon that is in some way exceptional, extraordinary or extraordinary. It is characterized by its significant presence and influence. It is something that protrudes from the normal surroundings. Not one, a few. Family, work environment, school, bunch, company, .. a system we always belong to is our family. Not only parents and possibly siblings, but a number of ancestors from the father's and mother's side. We carry the heritage of our family. We carry parts of the stories that we don't even need to know they have happened. They affect our settings, behavior, survival.
Every system wants to be complete. He wants to be integral and wants every event, every person, each feeling had its place in this system. For only then will it be integral. If someone or something displaced in front of us in our family, he ruled out (eg persons, betrayals, abortions, murders, abandonment, theft, accusations, death, infidelity, illness, inheritance,. The system fills the location that remains empty after exclusion. This is how we take responsibility, tasks, survival, unusual behavior that point to what needs to be seen. Transgeneration trauma is now known for the term. Perhaps inexplicable feelings of anxiety, fear or incomprehensible pattern of behavior is something that connects us with our ancestors in the belief that it will again have its place in the system. If we recognize it, we will see, everything addressed will find its place and the system will calm down. Sometimes the image we have about our system is an illusion, it is distorted, and rather reflects how we would like to have things than they are. It is very healing to be able to see the image of your system (whether family, working, physical or other). It provides us insight, we get awareness thanks to him, and we can let it work and experience the emotions that are related to it and have not received space.
Themes you can work with are very wide. From relationship topics to work topics. If you have something that repeats in your life - situations, emotions, body symptoms, or you consider the behavior of yourself or your children to be unusual, perhaps these recurring elements of your life can be deeper through your family or birth. Whether you decide to go through them, let them open or close them.
Practically constellations take place by settles the group in a circle. Together we will open up space, clarify the topics that people come up with and then one person (either it is chosen by a constelator or definitely a coincidence - spinning a pen) in an interview with the consteltor will bring more the topic. The one who is building a constellation is not part of it, it looks at it from the outside. It selects representatives for persons and roles who will come in the interview. And then. Then phenomenology shows in full beauty and the image of the system moves.
