When was the last time you felt really light - in your body, in your life, in your relationships?
We often live a life in which we carry more than we deserve. We unconsciously take on the pains, fears or responsibilities of our parents, siblings, partners or colleagues - in the hope that we will help them or gain their love and appreciation. possibility:
• see the unconscious patterns that hold you down,
• recognize what does not belong to you,
• return responsibility to where it belongs,
• and open yourself to lightness, freedom and your own power.
Systemic constellations are a subtle but deeply transformative method that will allow you to see hidden connections in relationships and life. 💛To look with respect at who owns the burden we hold - and allow ourselves to take it back.
Not out of defiance, but out of love.💛
Because only when I carry mine, I can live in lightness, strength and truth.
Systemic constellations bring the possibility to see these hidden ties, understand them - and return to my own life. 🌿
